Welcome to the 2025 edition of the most popular and prestigious mountain bike race in Gauteng – The Cradle Mountain Trophy.

Founded in 2010, this event always promises to be an exhilarating experience, and it takes place on the 11th of October 2025.

And this year, we are changing things up a bit and all routes will now be Gravel Routes.

100km, 55km and 40km will be on offer

This is without a doubt the most popular, engaging and spectacular and fun event in and around Gauteng.

The Cradle Mountain Trophy is now part of a The Glorious Gravel Series.

Trail Running/ Walking

Plus, we also have a stunning offering of various Trail Running/ Walking options from 5km, 10km & 15km.

This will take place on Saturday the 11th of October.

Special Announcement: All children aged 7 and under can enter on the day at no cost for the 5km
