Welcome to the 2024 edition of the most popular and prestigious mountain bike race in Gauteng – The Cradle Mountain Trophy.

Founded in 2010, this event always promises to be an exhilarating experience, and it takes place on the 26th of October 2024.

And this year, we are changing things up a bit and all routes will now be Gravel Routes.

90km, 54km and 37km will be on offer

This is without a doubt the most popular, engaging and spectacular and fun event in and around Gauteng.

The Cradle Mountain Trophy is now part of a BRAND NEW Series, called The Glorious Gravel Series.

Trail Running/ Walking

Plus, we also have a stunning offering of various Trail Running/ Walking options from 5km, 10km & 15km.

This will take place on Saturday the 26th of October.

Special Announcement: All children aged 7 and under can enter on the day at no cost for the 5km

We are back at The Valley Lodge & Spa, situated in the heart of Magaliesburg.

Presented by The Leverage Corporation, this is one of the most sought-after Trail events. Plus, there will be some great prizes on offer.

We will be presenting some new and exciting routes, promising you some great trails, lots of fun, both on and off the trails and great company.
